Product photos are non-contractual.
3. Orders
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the payment has been validated.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery fees are indicated during the checkout process.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the website.
Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks, then delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the package is dispatched.
7. Withdrawal Right & Returns
You benefit from our 14-day satisfaction or refund guarantee.
For any return or exchange, contact us at contact@nuvon.eu and include your order number.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part).
8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
9. Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Liability
NUVON cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
11. Personal Data
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
13. Exchanges
If the customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size, this must be specified in the request.
Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
